Regular Events Helping Hands Support Group On the first Wednesday of every month, there is a group held at Maple Ridge School. This runs between 1.15 and 2.45pm. Open Door Support Group This is a small group for parents and children under school age with social communication, social interaction or langauge difficulties. It is held on alternate Wednesdays during term time at Maple Ridge School. For further information ask your Portage Home Visitor or contact Sue Charlewood at the School on 01256 323639. JJ's Special Needs Evenings On the last Friday of every month, there is an evening at JJ's for special needs children. Age is limited to 14years.
